Refund and Returns Policy for VIVASOPIC

At VIVASOPIC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, we offer a clear and easy returns and refund process. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return products purchased from VIVASOPIC within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item must not be on our list of non-returnable products (e.g., personalized items, final sale items).
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@vivasopic.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping the Item: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued based on the following:
- Full Refund: If the item is returned in its original condition and within the eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund for the product price.
- Partial Refund: If the product shows signs of use or is returned outside the specified period, we may issue a partial refund.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if it is damaged.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized products
